Sidney Fagelman
Chief Executive
Officer
Sidney Fagelman started building vacation properties back in the 1960’s and started his distinguished career in development and subsequently, management. He even bought his own plane for scouting potential sites throughout New England and started a air charter company. He became involved in affordable housing in the 1970s when he formed several limited partnerships and built multi family properties under programs begun by President Jimmy Carter. These are Section 236 and Section 8 properties. He formed Beech Management to manage these properties. The relationship enhanced the value of both parties. The original limited partners received substantial returns on their investments because the properties were so successful.
